• Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and management to run POCT efficiently.
• Travel to each site at least semi-annually.
• Develop and maintain training and competency materials.
• Ensure regulatory readiness and participate in inspections.
• Write and maintain procedures and policies.
• Monitor IT flow of results to patient records and billing.
• Promote safety culture and prevent medical errors.

5 years of laboratory experience

POCT experience (preferred)

Strong organizational skills
