Job summary

Deschutes Brewery is seeking a Division Director based in Denver to lead the Mountain West sales division, oversee distributor relationships, and drive brand growth across multiple states. You will partner with the VP of Sales and CMO to implement aggressive sales strategies and ensure execution with premier distributors.

You will manage pricing, budgets, forecasting, and annual business plans, while traveling within the territory to build strong customer partnerships and grow market share.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Brewery or Distributor sales management.
• Knowledge of 3-tier system, National Accounts, budgeting.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Experience with distributor processes and market analytics.

Responsibilities

• Sets standards of excellence in sales leadership and team development.
• communicates business conditions, trends, and action plans to senior staff.
• Leads weekly director calls on market and distributor conditions.
• Advocates for the Division while aligning with company values.
• Manages distributor relationships and aims for 'Preferred Supplier' status.
• Oversees pricing, budgets, and inventory analysis for the division.
