Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking a field-based Sales Representative for the St. George, UT and Las Vegas, NV region. You will create territory plans, build relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders, and drive adoption of SPR products and neuromodulation therapies.

The role requires substantial medical device sales experience and strong clinical knowledge. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a strong incentive plan, with compensation aligned to performance.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma (or equivalent) + 6+ years in medical device/healthcare sales or life sciences, or an Associates with 4+ years, or a Bachelor's with 2+ years.
• Experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences.
• U.S. work authorization preferred for role; sponsorship rules apply for certain levels.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain account and territory plans to meet sales objectives.
• Establish relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders to drive growth.
• Collaborate on product approval processes, territory development, and clinical knowledge.
• Track contacts and activity using CRM systems; deliver periodic business reviews.

Education
