Job summary

HEICO Component Repair Group is seeking a Pneumatics Tester to join our skilled team. You will perform functional and pressure tests on aircraft pneumatic components, ensuring safe operation and compliance with FAA regulations.

Responsibilities include data analysis, report documentation, and troubleshooting using gauges, meters, and leak detectors. This hands-on role requires attention to detail and teamwork in a fast-paced repair environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well with a team and excellent communication skills.
• +2 years minimum experience in pneumatic testing.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic and measurement tools such as pressure gauges, flow meters, and leak detectors.
• Basic computer skills for test documentation and data entry.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a safety-first mindset.

• Test, troubleshoot, and verify the functionality of pneumatic components, including valves, regulators, actuators, and other related systems.
• Operate manual and automated test equipment.
• Analyze test data to verify component performance and identify potential issues.
• Ensure all components meet applicable performance and safety standards before being approved for return to service.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Utilize diagnostic and measurement tools such as pressure gauges, flow meters, and leak detectors.
• Prepare and maintain accurate test reports and documentation.
• Identify testing discrepancies and communicate findings to the appropriate technical personnel.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe testing work area.
• Support technicians, engineering, and quality personnel as needed during testing and troubleshooting activities.

HEICO Component Repair Group, a global leader in the overhaul and repair of aircraft components, is looking for a Pneumatics Tester to join our talented technical team. As a Pneumatics Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and reliability of aircraft systems by conducting functional and pressure testing on pneumatic components.

Key Responsibilities

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand or sit at a bench for extended periods of time
