Job summary

University Health is seeking a qualified technician to install, repair, maintain, and train staff in the general use of the Pneumatic Tube System. You will ensure prompt and proficient performance of duties and support a smooth hospital operation.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, an apprentice license from the City of San Antonio or the State of Texas, and ideally one year as a hospital electrician.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

High school graduation or equivalent is required. A minimum of an Apprentice License from the City of San Antonio or State of Texas is preferred. One year as a hospital electrician preferred.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION

A valid Texas State driver’s license “Class C” and must maintain a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
