How will you make a difference?

You will be responsible for assembling and disassembling assembly parts, as well as using tools and equipment needed to perform the operations in an industrial setting. You will make a difference by being a team player and having great listening and communication skills.

What do we offer?
  • Hourly range for this role is between $19.00 an hour.
  • Benefit coverage begins on day 1. Benefits include medical/dental/vision as well as many supplemental options at low rates.
  • Life insurance and short‑term disability are provided at no cost to employees and our 401k plan provides a 6% company contribution.
  • We also provide vacation paid and 12 paid holidays per year.

The actual hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location. What will your typical day look like?
  • Assist in daily 5S and cleaning procedures.
  • Assist others in obtaining solutions to quality and production issues.
  • Other duties as may be required or assigned.
  • Assemble, test, and inspect according to engineering drawings and test codes.
  • Work with electrical and mechanical equipment.
  • Disassemble, troubleshoot, repair, and reassemble equipment that does not pass the test.
  • Maintain assembly and test equipment as required.
  • Move material to and from the workstation by hand, cart, and crane as required.
  • Adhere to all safety rules and procedures and maintain good housekeeping.

Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in an indoor manufacturing environment. The employee will work in areas exposed to production activities including but not limited to production machinery, assembly operations, overhead crane usage, and forklift traffic. The employee will be required to use personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to workplace hazards.
