IDEX in the United States is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate wastewater monitoring equipment installation projects, leading cross-functional teams across multiple client programs with a focus on time, cost, scope, and quality. You will manage civil engineering activities, ensure safety and compliance, nurture client relationships, and drive financial performance through forecasting, gross margin oversight, and risk mitigation.

Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Civil Engineering preferred.
• PMP certification required or actively pursuing completion.
• EIT or PE certification highly recommended; PE preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and product lines.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage multiple projects across clients and product lines within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate civil engineering activities across teams with clear tasks and timelines.
• Champion safety and ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and standards.
• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and service.
• Monitor performance and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Oversee project financials including forecasting, gross margin management, and risk actions.
• Lead and develop Field Technicians, Supervisors, and Managers; drive engagement.
• Conduct performance reviews and talent assessments; manage hiring and discipline.
