IDEX is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate wastewater monitoring equipment installations across diverse projects. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, maintain client relationships, and ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies at all times.

The role requires a Civil Engineering background, PMP certification, and strong analytical and communication skills. The position supports career growth within a global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Civil Engineering strongly preferred.
• PMP certification required or actively pursued.
• Valid driver's license with driving record.
• EIT or PE certification highly recommended; PE preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and product lines.
• Strong analytical skills with data reporting for water and sewer infra projects.
• Effective communicator with customers and internal teams.
• Financial acumen: forecasting and gross margin management.
• Growth mindset to drive improvements and expansion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects across clients and product lines within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate civil engineering activities across teams with clear tasks and timelines.
• Champion safety culture; ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
• Monitor project performance and report to stakeholders.
• Oversee project financials: forecasting, margin tracking, risk mitigation.
• Lead and develop Field Technicians, Supervisors, and Managers.
• Foster engagement and strong team effectiveness.
• Conduct performance reviews and talent development.
