Sterling Engineering is seeking a PMP-certified Project Manager to lead engineering and capital projects at our Lake Bluff facility. You will own project schedules, planning, meetings, action tracking, risks, and stakeholder communications across 3–4 concurrent initiatives, coordinating with project engineers, operations, facilities, vendors, and contractors.

Formación

• PMP certification is required.
• Experience coordinating equipment or facility projects.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech, or other regulated manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Own project schedules, planning, meetings, action tracking, risks, and stakeholder communications for 3–4 concurrent projects.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers, Operations, Facilities, vendors, and contractors to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage execution, risks, and changes across engineering and capital projects.
