URSA Mobile, Inc. in the National Capital Region seeks a Project Manager to serve as the single point of contact for contract execution, personnel management and government coordination, ensuring timely and compliant performance across labor categories with emphasis on financial and administrative requirements.

The role involves interfacing with CO/COR, developing management plans, preparing deliverables, onboarding cleared personnel and managing recruitment and backfill within deadlines, while

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, management or related field is required.
• Active PMP certification is required and must be maintained for the full performance period (proof at hire and annual renewal).
• 8+ years of program management experience, including 5+ years managing Federal Government contracts of similar scope and security sensitivity.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; SAP access required or attainable within 60 days.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary interface with the Government Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) on contract performance.
• Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan, staffing plan, risk register and communications protocol.
• Prepare and submit all contract deliverables (Monthly Status Report, QCP, Work Plan) on schedule.
• Oversee onboarding, clearance validation and SAP indoctrination of assigned personnel.
• Manage personnel actions including recruitment, retention and backfilling vacancies within required timelines.
• Monitor labor-hour burn rates for compliance with the contract Level of Effort.
• Ensure personnel comply with PWS security requirements, organizational policies and mandatory training.
• Manage subcontractor compliance with PWS flow-down requirements.
