Job summary

E Logic in San Diego, CA is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a large HM&E Fleet Technical Assistance contract for SWRMC. You will be the single point of contact for technical, financial, and administrative performance, supervising a dispersed team to ensure quality and timely deliverables.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years' Navy-contract experience, PMP certification, active Secret clearance, U.S. Citizenship, and strong proficiency with MS Office and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical or managerial discipline.
• Minimum 10 years in program/project management for Navy or complex government contracts.
• Must possess PMP certification and U.S. Citizenship.
• Active Secret (Tier 3) security clearance or ability to obtain interim clearance.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary interface with COR and Government program authorities.
• Oversee contractor execution of all contract requirements and risk management.
• Manage Level of Effort to align with schedule and performance standards.
• Supervise support contractor personnel and subcontractor activities.
• Ensure compliance with security, safety, and CUI regulations.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new personnel.
• Monitor costs and provide variance reports to Government.
