Job summary

E-Logic, Inc. seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead a large HM&E Fleet Technical Support contract for SWRMC, overseeing a dispersed workforce and ensuring on-time, within-budget performance.

This on-site, government-facing role requires active Secret clearance, PMP, and Navy contract experience; you will interface with the COR and manage LOE, risk, and staffing to meet mission goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical or managerial discipline.
• 10+ years in program/project management, Navy or complex government contracts.
• PMP certification is required.
• U.S. citizenship and active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary interface with Government program authorities on technical, financial, and administrative issues.
• Oversee contractor execution, ensure deliverable quality, manage program risk, allocate resources.
• Manage Level of Effort (LOE) to align with schedule and performance standards.
• Supervise and oversee activities of all support contractor personnel, including subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with security, safety, and environmental regulations, including CUI safeguards.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new personnel to maintain staffing levels.
• Monitor contract costs and provide variance reports to the Government.
