Halvik Corp is seeking a candidate to monitor and manage all IT service desk support, ensuring contract requirements, performance measures, and deliverables are met for a centralized enterprise solution.

The role leads teams in an IT environment, with PMP certification, ITIL Foundations preferred, and a Public Trust clearance, to deliver consistent, high-quality IT services and project management across the organization.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in related field (or equivalent).
• 8+ years of experience, 4+ in a supervisory role.
• PMP certification is required.
• ITIL V3 Foundations or comparable framework preferred.
• Public Trust security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Centrally monitor and manage services to ensure contract success.
• Provide project management services and weekly status updates.
• Develop and maintain project artifacts and plans.
