Job summary

UNIVERSAL Technologies is hiring a PMP Certified Project Manager with at least 8 years of experience leading complex software development and infrastructure initiatives for a hybrid role in New York City.

You will manage end-to-end delivery across the SDLC, coordinate cross-functional teams, handle risk and change management, and maintain clear communications with stakeholders. Onsite at least 3 days per week is required.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years’ experience project managing large projects (end-to-end).
• Must have PMP Certification.
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
• Experience managing project risks.
• Experience implementing organizational change management.
• Extensive experience in enterprise software development and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross functional business and technical teams in an Agile Delivery environment to deliver Software Development and infrastructure projects.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously of varying size and scope.
• Create all project management artifacts including project schedules, project plan, status reports.
• Manage all communications with project stakeholders.
• Experience in Project Risk Management.
• Must have Organizational Change Management experience.
• Must be willing to work onsite at least 3 days per week.
