Job summary

UNIVERSAL Technologies is hiring a PMP Certified Project Manager in New York City for a hybrid role. The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of end-to-end project management experience in software development and infrastructure projects, with PMP certification. Local candidates with a valid LinkedIn profile preferred.

Experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile environments and strong risk and change management capabilities are required.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years experience managing large projects end to end; PMP certification required.
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
• Experience managing project risks.
• Experience implementing organizational change management.
• Qualified candidates will have extensive experience in enterprise software development and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross functional business and technical teams in an Agile Delivery environment to deliver Software Development and infrastructure projects
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously of varying size and scope
• Create all project management artifacts including project schedules project plan status reports
• Manage all communications with project stakeholders
• Experience in Project Risk Management
• Must have Organizational Change Management experience
• Must be willing to work onsite at least 3 days per week
