Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, public administration, project management, or a related field.
• Active PMP certification required.
• 5-8 years of experience managing software, technology, implementation, or public sector projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in predictive, hybrid, or agile delivery environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive updates and client-facing presentations.

Responsabilités

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success criteria.
• Lead software implementations, upgrades, reports, customizations, and operational initiatives from initiation through closure.
• Serve as the primary project point of contact for clients, leadership, and internal teams.
• Gather, clarify, document, and manage project requirements, change requests, scope impacts, and acceptance criteria.
• Identify risks, blockers, resource constraints, and cross-team dependencies; develop mitigation plans.
