  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with development, technical support, finance, client account management, and leadership to align resources, priorities, deliverables, and client commitments.
  • Reporting and Controls: Prepare project status reports, dashboards, meeting agendas, action item logs, budget or billing inputs, and executive updates to support informed decision-making.
  • Client Readiness and Transition: Support implementation readiness, training coordination, deployment planning, acceptance activities, and transition to support or account management after project completion.
Qualifications

  • Active PMP certification required.
  • 5-8 years of experience managing software, technology, implementation, or public sector projects.

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in predictive, hybrid, or agile delivery environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive updates, project documentation, facilitation, and client-facing presentations.
  • Proficiency with project management tools, Microsoft Office Suite, dashboards, action item tracking, and status reporting.
  • Ability to translate business needs and technical requirements into clear project plans, specifications, acceptance criteria, and handoff materials.
  • Experience with software development lifecycle processes, implementation planning, deployment coordination, and production readiness.
  • Government operations, grants, compliance, or child nutrition program experience preferred.
  • SQL query knowledge or experience validating client data preferred.

  • Apply PMP-based project management practices in a small business environment with direct visibility to leadership and clients.
  • Gain deeper experience across the software development lifecycle, implementation planning, client delivery, and public sector operations.
