Job summary

Reliance Test & Technology, LLC seeks a Program Manager to lead government improvement and modernization programs, reporting to the SED Director. The role involves planning, cost management, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination with engineering and customers at a DoD-oriented site.

Required are a PMP certification, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and 5–10 years of PM experience with MS Project/MS Office; MBSE/CAMEO/JIRA are desirable.

Qualifications

• PMP certification required and a degree in Project Management or related field.
• 5–10 years of program and/or project management experience with basic financial accounting and tracking.
• Familiarity with MS Project and MS Office Suite is required; MBSE, CAMEO, and JIRA are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develops program plans and documentation and integrates workload with contract requirements.
• Manages cost estimates, budgets, and expenditures with strong financial discipline.
• Develops and tracks project schedules using MS Project or similar tools.
• Presents program status to internal and external leadership with clear written and oral communication.
• Coordinates requirements with customers and leads project personnel to deliver on time and within budget.
• Identifies risks and implements change management to align with strategic goals.
