Job Description
CSCI Consulting is seeking a PMO Support Analyst to support its Department of War (DoW / DoD) client. This role will partner closely with project leadership to execute core PMO functions, maintain project controls, and provide visibility into delivery progress across government stakeholders, implementation partners, and contractor teams.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and experienced supporting large‑scale federal technology implementations. This position plays a critical role in governance, status reporting, RAID management, action tracking, milestone monitoring, and ensuring project activities remain aligned with schedule and program objectives.
Responsibilities
- Support development of executive status reports, dashboards, milestone updates, and governance briefings
- Maintain project management artifacts including RAID logs, action trackers, decision logs, meeting records, and project documentation
- Collect, consolidate, and validate status updates from functional, technical, security, testing, training, and data migration workstreams
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, capture meeting notes, and track actions through closure
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, key deliverables, approvals, and governance deadlines
- Support cross‑functional dependency management and escalation tracking
- Assist with change management, document control, configuration management, and project communications activities
- Ensure project risks, issues, decisions, assumptions, and stakeholder actions are accurately documented and reflected in reporting
- Support readiness activities associated with requirements, design reviews, testing, training, deployment, Authority to Operate (ATO), and go‑live preparation
- Help maintain project repositories, reporting tools, collaboration sites, and PMO processes
Minimum Requirements
- Active Secret Clearance required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, Public Administration, or related field; equivalent experience may be substituted
- 5+ years of experience supporting PMO, project coordination, project controls, or implementation management activities
- Experience supporting federal government projects or large‑scale enterprise system implementations
- Familiarity with PMO governance processes and artifacts, including status reports, dashboards, RAID logs, action trackers, decision logs, and meeting minutes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate activities across diverse stakeholder groups
- Experience supporting project lifecycle activities including requirements, design, testing, training, deployment, and stabilization
- Creativity and adaptability in problem‑solving
- Ability to work with clients to understand their needs
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional presence
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting ERP, EPM, financial transformation, or OneStream implementations
- Familiarity with Agile, hybrid Agile, or traditional project delivery methodologies
- Experience supporting Authority to Operate (ATO), readiness reviews, or federal governance processes
- Knowledge of project scheduling and reporting tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
- Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently
- Strong customer and vendor relationship skills
- Demonstrated ability to comply with data standards and policies
- Motivation to learn new technologies and methodologies that demonstrate value
- Past experience working with a Federal agency
- Department of War experience is a plus!
