Job summary

CSCI Consulting is seeking an Implementation Integration Lead to coordinate cross‑functional teams and stakeholders across DoD projects. The role focuses on aligning business, technical, and agency inputs to ensure timely delivery, readiness, and governance across the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will bring federal program delivery experience, strong communication, and proven ability to manage dependencies, risks, and actions in a structured PMO environment.

Qualifications

  • Active Secret Clearance required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, Communications, or related field; equivalent experience may be substituted.
  • 3–5+ years of experience supporting federal program delivery, implementation coordination, PMO support, or project management activities.
  • Experience coordinating across business, technical, client, and contractor stakeholder groups.
  • Experience tracking action items, dependencies, risks, issues, and decision logs within structured project environments.
  • Experience supporting project governance, status reporting, meeting coordination, and documentation management.
  • Familiarity with implementation lifecycle activities including requirements, design, testing, training, deployment, and stabilization.

  • Communicate project decisions, updates, risks, issues, and action items across agency and contractor teams.
  • Coordinate stakeholder inputs, reviews, approvals, and responses required to support project activities and deliverables.
  • Facilitate collaboration across functional and technical teams to resolve dependencies, questions, and implementation challenges.
  • Track open items, stakeholder actions, and pending decisions to help prevent impacts to project timelines.
  • Support alignment between business requirements, governance decisions, project plans, and implementation activities.
  • Prepare for and support stakeholder meetings, workshops, status reviews, working sessions, and readiness activities.
  • Document decisions, feedback, risks, issues, and action items and ensure they are reflected in project reporting and delivery artifacts.
  • Support implementation readiness efforts associated with requirements validation, SIT, UAT, training, deployment, and documentation handoff.
  • Provide status updates and stakeholder insights to project leadership and PMO teams for consolidated program reporting.

Implementation Integration Lead

CSCI Consulting is seeking an Implementation Integration Lead to support its Department of War (DoW / DoD) client. This role serves as the primary coordination and communication bridge between project leadership, implementation teams, agency stakeholders, and assigned business and technical components.

This Implementation Integration Lead helps maintain alignment across multiple stakeholder groups by facilitating communication, coordinating cross‑functional activities, tracking dependencies, and ensuring timely resolution of issues that impact requirements, design, testing, deployment, and readiness efforts. Working closely with the Project Manager and PMO team, this role supports successful delivery by improving stakeholder engagement, decision‑making, and implementation readiness throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements
  • Active Secret Clearance required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, Communications, or a related field; equivalent experience may be substituted
  • 3–5+ years of experience supporting federal program delivery, implementation coordination, PMO support, or project management activities
  • Experience coordinating across business, technical, client, and contractor stakeholder groups
  • Experience tracking action items, dependencies, risks, issues, and decision logs within structured project environments

  • Experience supporting Agile, hybrid Agile, or traditional project delivery methodologies
  • Knowledge of project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
  • Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently
  • Strong customer and vendor relationship skills
  • Demonstrated ability to comply with data standards and policies
  • Motivation to learn new technologies and methodologies that demonstrate value
  • Past experience working with a Federal agency
  • Department of War experience is a plus!
