Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Strategy & Planning professional in Bentonville to design and manage operating mechanisms that keep Spark Shopper and InHome initiatives aligned and moving forward. You will drive planning cycles, reporting processes, and cross-functional coordination across Product, Operations, Analytics, Strategy, Merchandising, and Store Ops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
• Alternatively, 4 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area in lieu of degree.
• Experience building operating mechanisms, planning frameworks, reporting processes, and accountability structures.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage operating mechanisms to help execute against priorities and deliver outcomes.
• Partner with leadership to drive planning cycles, business reviews, reporting processes, and organizational priorities.
• Track execution of strategic initiatives and ensure alignment to goals.
• Build frameworks to manage roadmaps, initiatives, and outcomes.
• Support creation of leadership presentations, strategy documents, newsletters, and executive readouts.
• Improve visibility into team initiatives to align cross-functional partners.
• Strengthen organizational effectiveness through planning sessions, offsites, and knowledge-sharing mechanisms.
