Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 4 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area OR 6 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area.
• 2 years’ supervisory experience.
• 3 years’ project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own VIZIO's Rhythm of the Business by establishing governance processes, operating cadences, and decision-making frameworks for initiatives.
• Support leadership governance by scheduling steering committees, preparing materials, and ensuring follow-through on commitments.
• Standardize business performance management with KPIs, OKRs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
• Deliver clear, actionable business insights to executives through targeted dashboards.
• Drive accountability and execution of cross-functional initiatives with project plans and timelines.
• Lead business initiatives using project management best practices to deliver cross-functional outcomes.
