Angst+Pfister Group is seeking a PMO Specialist to manage the project portfolio, ensure governance, and drive data-driven decisions across global projects. You will collaborate with project managers, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to deliver transparent reporting and standardized processes.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in PMO, advanced Power BI/Jira-Confluence skills, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Data-driven PMO with 2+ years in portfolio reporting.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence and Power BI.
• Strong stakeholder management and data governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Own reporting across all projects with timely, standardized data.
• Coordinate with project managers to maintain data quality.
• Monitor portfolio KPIs, milestones, risks, and health.
• Review business cases and track costs, benefits, KPIs.
• Administer Jira, Confluence, and Power BI dashboards.
• Provide training and PMO communications to global teams.
• Prepare executive portfolio reports and quarterly presentations.
