Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an experienced PMO Support to help manage projects from concept to completion. You will analyze requirements, coordinate with stakeholders, and maintain program schedules to keep initiatives on track.

You will work with DoD-related programs, use MS Word/Excel/Project daily, and collaborate with SMEs, schedulers, customers, and leadership to meet program goals and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing multiple projects, including planning, organization, decision making, and problem solving.
• 1+ years of experience in DoD Program Management or Acquisition Management.
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
• Ability to pay strict attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support projects from concept to completion with careful analysis and effective communication.
• Review contracts and project cost accounting with key stakeholders.
• Assist with tactical planning using MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Project; interact with SMEs, schedulers, customers, and leadership.
• Contribute to program strategy and ensure alignment with quality standards.
