Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with the Department of Defense or federal program and project management.
• 4+ years of experience with scheduling.
• 4+ years of experience with testing and evaluation, including SOVT, ATP, or DOT&E.
• Experience identifying trends and targeted areas of improvement.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM), contracts, and shipbuilder CDRLs.
• Ability to integrate schedules with other program documentation and reporting.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Secret clearance.
• HS diploma or GED.
