Job summary

TC Energy Corp. is seeking a USGP PMO Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, standardize processes, and drive continual improvement. This role focuses on governance tracking, templates, roadmaps, and stage-gate readiness to support the USGP organization.

Qualifications include a degree in relevant fields and 4+ years of PM experience, with PMP/CAPM/Six Sigma preferred. A hybrid work model is offered for Canada/US/Mexico offices.

Qualifications

• Degree or technical degree required in Business, Engineering, Quality or PM.
• 4+ years of related project/portfolio management experience.
• Experience with governance, change control, and leadership interactions.
• Knowledge of project delivery standards and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain formal PM processes, templates, and roadmaps.
• Support governance tracking and conformance with standards.
• Lead CI initiatives with charters, plans, and schedules.
• Manage cross-functional teams and risk mitigation strategies.
• Generate senior management KPI reports on portfolio and CI status.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure process conformance.
• Build strong working relationships with project personnel.
• Prepare Stage Gates presentations for gate readiness reviews.
• Share lessons learned with Project Quality teams.
• Represent USGP in organization-wide process improvement efforts.
