Job summary

Skywalk Global seeks a seasoned Project Manager/PMO lead to support Wave2 SAP/4HANA initiatives across a complex, multi-client SAP environment, coordinating IT teams, vendors and executives. You will drive governance, schedules, budgets and deliverables aligned with PATURNPIKE priorities.

The role demands exceptional organizational, communication and leadership skills with extensive MS Project proficiency and a track record in enterprise ERP programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience across SAP/ERP programs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple IT projects and vendors.
• Strong leadership, conflict management and negotiation skills.
• Experience with on-prem and cloud environments.
• Proficient in MS Project / MS Project Online.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate activities of internal and external staff on IT projects.
• Develop and maintain project artifacts and schedules using PMO standards.
• Build and manage the integrated project plan with milestones and dependencies.
• Plan and schedule resources efficiently to match project activities.
• Forecast and enable resource capacity planning with real-time foresight.
• Establish governance framework with defined roles and escalation paths.
• Coordinate with business owners and analysts to define scope.
• Perform project management through lifecycle and close projects.
• Conduct lessons learned sessions for continuous improvement.
• Maintain relationships with technology staff, sponsors, vendors and clients.
• Coordinate with System Integrator PMs within PATURNPIKE landscape.
• Adhere to PMO Playbook and referenced artifacts.

Theselectedcandidatewillperformthefollowingduties:

• Managesandcoordinatestheactivitiesofinternaland/orexternalstaffinvolvedinmultipleITprojectsofvaryingcomplexity.
• DevelopsandmaintainsprojectartifactsasrequiredusingPATURNPIKEorotherestablishedprojectmanagementstandards,procedures,templates,andmethodologies.

EngagementRequirements

• Candidate’slocationispreferredtobewithintheContinentalUnitedStates.
• Theresourceshallworkvirtually/remotely,withonsiteattendancerequiredforone(1)weekpermonth,asscheduledbythePATurnpike,andforadditionalin-personmeetings,worksessions,plannedimplementations,orsystemissuesasneeded.OnsiteworkwillbeperformedateitherthePATURNPIKE’sCentralAdministrationBuilding(700SouthEisenhowerBoulevard,Middletown,PA)orTurnpikeIndustrialParklocation(2850TurnpikeIndustrialDrive,Middletown,PA).
• In-personinterviewsorworksessionswithstakeholderswillbeconductedatthePATURNPIKEfacilitiesinMiddletown,PA.
• TheresourceshallattendanorientationsessiononsiteatoneofthePATURNPIKE’sMiddletown,PAoffices.TheresourceshallbeonsiteforthefulldayofthisorientationwheretheywillpickupanyassignedPATURNPIKEEquipment.Equipmentwillnotbeshippedandcannotbepickedupbyanyoneotherthantheselectedresource.Travelcostsassociatedwithpickingupthisequipmentplustheorientationdaywillnotbereimbursed.
• Noadditionalcompensationforanytravelrequired,iftheresourceisbasedwithina3-hourcommutingdistance.Therateisinclusiveofanytravelcosts.
• InaccordancewithOST'stravelexpenseguidelines,alltravelexpensesshallbesubmittednolaterthan60daysofthetraveloccurrence.Theindividualresourceand/orvendorwillberesponsibleforanyexpensessubmittedpastthe60-daytimeframe.
• Thevendormustarrangeworkspaceforitsprojectteam.ThePATURNPIKEwillprovidemeetingspace;however,itdoesnotplantohusetheprojectteamonadailybasisunlessthisstatementofworkstatesotherwise.
• Remoteconnectivity:computerequipmentandaccesstorequiredadministrativeservicesandfacilitieswillbeprovidedtovendorresourcesasrequired.ComputerequipmentforusewhileengagedwiththeTurnpikemayincludealaptop,iPadorothertabletdevice,laptopbag,monitors,wirelesskeyboard,mouse,orotherequipmentasrequiredtoperformjobfunctions.Whenanengagementends,allequipmentissuedtothevendorresourcesmustbereturnedtothePATURNPIKEwithin2weeksoftheresourcesbeingoffboarded.AllequipmentshallbereturnedtothePATurnpikeingoodworkingcondition.ThePrimeContractorwillbeinvoicedforanyunreturnedequipmentorequipmentdamagedbeyondreasonablewearandtear.
• Vendorsareresponsibleforprovidingcompleteandaccurateinformationandcorrectlycompletedformsforon-boardingresources.Thevendorshouldallowaminimumoffivetosevenbusinessdaystofullyon-boardnewresources.Vendorresourcesmust:
• CompletetheconsultantonboardingspreadsheetprovidedbythePATurnpike.
• SignthePATurnpike’s“AcceptableUseofCommissionTechnologyResources”(Policy8.01)andtheNon-RevenueCardApplicationUseAgreementfordooraccess.
• MustprovideacopyoftheresultsofaPennsylvaniaAccesstoCriminalHistory–RecordCheckCertification(ePATCH)oftheselectedcandidatedatedafterthereleasedateoftheStatementofWork.
• ProvideacopyoftheresultsofaNationalCriminalCheck.
• IfvendorresourceswillmanageoraccessPATurnpikesystemsand/ordatafortheCommission,theymustsignanon-disclosureagreement(NDA),whichmustalsobeapprovedandsignablebytheirPATurnpikesupervisor.
• ThePATurnpikeITDepartmenthasestablishedthefollowingguidelineswhileworkingvirtuallyandthevendorresourceisexpectedtofollowthem:
• Usecamerasduringmeetings.
• Maintainaprofessionalappearancewheninmeetingsandoncamera.
• ResourcesmustbeavailabletocometothePATurnpikeworklocationwithin3hoursincaseofanemergency.
• Thevendor-providedresourceisexpectedtobeon-siteasneededforplannedimplementationsorsystemissues(whenrequired)withadvancenoticegivenwhenpossible.
• ThePATurnpikehaseleven(11)holidays(forsalariedemployees)whentheCABisclosed.ThoseholidaysareNewYear’sDay,M.L.KingJr.Birthday,PresidentsDay,GoodFriday,MemorialDay,Juneteenth,IndependenceDay,LaborDay,VeteransDay,ThanksgivingDay,andChristmasDay.
