NTT DATA Services in Jersey City, NJ (and Charlotte, NC) seeks a Senior Project Manager for Capital Markets & Credit Risk to lead cross-functional programs across regulatory and technology transformations. You will partner with Front Office, Risk Management, Finance, Operations, Compliance, and Technology to deliver complex initiatives on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, CS, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of project/program management experience.
• 5+ years in Capital Markets and Credit Risk domains.
• Experience delivering regulatory and transformation programs within investment banking or financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of financial products, trading operations, and risk management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale Capital Markets and Credit Risk initiatives from initiation through implementation.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Drive Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Monitor project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies and implement mitigation plans.
• Provide regular project status reporting to senior leadership and steering committees.
• Coordinate business and technology stakeholders across Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office functions.
• Lead initiatives related to Counterparty Credit Risk, Basel III/IV, CCAR, IFRS 9, FRTB and other regulatory programs.
