Job summary

NTT DATA North America is seeking a Project Manager - PMO in Jersey City, NJ to lead hands-on PMO activities across banking technology programs. You will own RAID logs, project governance, and executive reporting while coordinating with PMs, Product Owners, and Scrum teams in an Agile environment.

Travel up to 50% to Brazil may be required; the role emphasizes data-driven status, milestone tracking, and ongoing process improvements within a global delivery context.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in PMO/PMO-related roles.
• 5+ years in PMO within Banking/Financial Services.
• 5+ years in an Agile delivery environment with ceremonies and sprint tracking.
• Ability to create and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports and dashboards.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to Brazil as required by the engagement.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on PMO activities and own PMO deliverables.
• Track project plans, sprints, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Prepare weekly status reports, dashboards and executive-level reporting.
• Own RAID logs and escalate items needing attention.
• Support governance forums and Steering Committee meetings.
• Coordinate Agile ceremonies and track delivery progress with Scrum teams.
• Consolidate multi-workstream status and highlight risks and milestones.
• Track budgets, forecasts, actuals, and resource costs.
• Manage resource requirements, onboarding, and capacity planning.
• Maintain governance artifacts and change logs; drive action closure.
