Job summary

Great Southwestern Construction in Castle Rock, CO seeks a Proj Mgmt Ops Solutions Analyst to design, implement, and optimize project management tools and processes across operations, procurement, accounts payable, field training, and safety. The role bridges business needs with technical solutions to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

You will own reporting for Joulz, build dashboards, and ensure teams have the systems and training to maximize adoption and efficiency,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in project management, PMO operations, or business process improvement.
• 2 years of experience integrating project management tools with other business systems.
• 5+ years of experience in change management and user adoption strategies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workflow analysis and process mapping sessions with stakeholders to identify root causes of operational friction.
• Partner with PMO, department heads, and project teams to understand requirements and customize solutions that improve productivity and transparency.
• Create dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports for leadership and project teams, including reporting requirements for Joulz analytics.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and triage defects with the development team.
• Stay informed on industry trends and evolving best practices to enhance PM capabilities.
