Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex logistics, sustainment, and mission-support projects across the Indo-Pacific for SOCPAC and other regional services.

You will oversee planning from initiation to closeout, balance cost, schedule, scope, and risk, and collaborate with government customers, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of project management experience or master's with 6+ years, per the posting.
• Minimum of 5 years leading complex DoD, federal, or defense programs involving logistics or engineering.
• Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects within large IDIQ or similar contracts.
• Working knowledge of DoD logistics and expeditionary mission support.
• Experience developing and managing integrated project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and metrics.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Active Secret security clearance required prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, and lifecycle management for complex initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, transition strategies, onboarding, and closeout activities.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with cost, schedule, scope, and risk oversight.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across logistics, supply chain, engineering, facilities, and deployment.
• Serve as primary contact for government customers, subcontractors, and technical teams.
• Monitor risks, implement mitigations, and take corrective actions to meet objectives.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and evolving mission priorities.
• Support proposal development with schedules, estimates, staffing, and cost analyses.
• Prepare executive briefings, status reports, and performance metrics for leadership.
• Foster collaboration to improve operational efficiency and mission outcomes.
