Job summary

Louisiana Technology Group (LATG) is a growing technology and cybersecurity firm conducting critical government programs in New Orleans, LA. We seek a highly organized Program Operations Coordinator to join the PMO and help drive contract execution, workforce planning, reporting, and compliance across multiple programs.

You will coordinate timekeeping for employees, consultants, and subcontractors, prepare management reports, support staffing, and monitor labor hours and costs while maintaining

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations, admin support, project coordination, or related roles.
• Experience preparing reports, managing data, or coordinating business processes.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating employee, consultant, and subcontractor timekeeping to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Preparing and submitting recurring customer and management reports
• Supporting workforce planning, staffing coordination, and resource tracking
• Monitoring planned versus actual labor hours and costs
• Maintaining accountability for company and government-furnished equipment and assets
• Gathering and analyzing operational data to support decision-making
• Responding to customer, program management, and leadership requests for information
• Maintaining organized documentation to support audits and contract compliance
• Identifying process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Supporting special projects and other operational activities as needed
