Job summary

Deschutes Brewery is seeking a PMO Manager to lead the Project Management Office at our Bend, Oregon facility. You will create and deploy best-practice standards, lead a growing PM team, and drive cross-functional project execution aligned with company goals.

You will implement a project management strategy, coach managers, and ensure successful delivery across initiatives, budgets, and ROI considerations. This full-time role offers strong leadership exposure and impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Project Management or related field.
• PMP certification required; MBA preferred.
• Ability to think strategically while managing project details.
• Excellent communication and leadership across senior leadership and teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a company-wide project management strategy and roadmap.
• Lead and develop the project management team; coach and educate on PM standards and processes.
• Champion PM methodology, tools, and techniques across the organization.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards across all lifecycle stages.
