Job summary

Deschutes River Conservancy, based in Bend, Oregon, seeks a Program Manager to lead basin-wide water planning, collaboration, and water marketing initiatives. The role focuses on developing programs to restore streamflow and improve water quality in the Deschutes Basin, coordinating multi-stakeholder processes, and managing budgets and grants.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders to advance Deschutes Basin collaboration.
• Identify opportunities, develop projects and programs to restore streamflow.
• Convene and facilitate stakeholder processes in the Deschutes Basin.
• Coordinate DBWC process including technical and budgetary support.
