The Global Social Project Manager enables the successful execution of Global Social Strategy across Corona, Budweiser, Michelob ULTRA and Stella Artois by providing delivery leadership across a complex, cross-functional ecosystem. Acting as the central point of coordination between Strategy, Production, Creative and Brand teams, this role ensures work is planned, prioritized, appropriately resourced and delivered with consistency, transparency and operational excellence. Through strong project governance and portfolio management, the role enables Strategy teams to focus on strategic thinking while ensuring flawless execution across all global social initiatives.
Lead the integrated delivery roadmap across the four global brands, translating strategic priorities into executable project plans. Manage timelines, milestones, dependencies and delivery risks to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.
Coordinate work across Strategy, Production and Operations teams by aligning resource allocation with each brand's Scope of Work, business priorities and delivery commitments. Balance competing demands and recommend prioritization when capacity constraints arise.
Lead the team's operating cadence, including planning sessions, status meetings and delivery reviews. Maintain momentum across projects by proactively identifying roadblocks, facilitating cross-functional decisions and escalating risks before they impact delivery.
Develop, implement and continuously refine the Global Social operating model, establishing scalable ways of working that strengthen collaboration between global teams and regional hubs. Define and evolve project management standards, workflows, governance and team operating cadence to improve clarity, efficiency, consistency and execution across brands and markets.
