Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in program operations or PMO coordination.
• Strong experience with portfolio and project management tools.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience building dashboards and operational reports.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage dependencies across all value streams.
• Manage the Planview intake queue and prioritization process.
• Prepare weekly and monthly delivery reports for leadership.
• Track resource allocation and capacity across streams.
• Manage assignment of shared Project Managers to initiatives.
