Apple in San Jose, CA seeks a Financial Planning & Performance Lead to own Places PMO's multi-year capital and operating budgets. You will build governance, analyze roadmaps from Construction, Facilities, EHS&S, Real Estate, Space Planning, and Finance, and deliver a unified portfolio view, collaborating with the PMO Director and senior leaders.

You will hire and grow a team of financial planners, drive ROI tracking, scenario analyses, and funding recommendations, and ensure capital decisions

Qualifications

• 10+ years of financial planning experience, including CapEx/OpEx, in facilities/real estate or capital-intensive environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience hiring, developing, and managing a team.
• Strong governance, budgeting cycles, variance and ROI reporting.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end financial picture for Places PMO: multi-year capital planning and annual operating budgets.
• Digest roadmaps from Construction, Facilities, EHS&S, Real Estate, Space Planning, and Finance to produce a unified investment view.
• Lead CapEx and OpEx planning, forecasting, and ROI tracking across regions.
• Build post-planning governance, including actuals-vs-plan, contingency reallocation, and multi-site reporting.
• Run correlation and trend analyses linking capital and operating spend by site, region, and function.
• Drive data-driven prioritization of capital requests with forecasting tied to cash flow.
• Develop total-cost-of-ownership analyses for major capital decisions with trade-offs.
• Collaborate with Facilities on asset condition data to feed into a five-year rolling capital plan.
• Prepare business cases, scenario analyses, and funding recommendations for PMO leadership.
