Your Impact

CHAMP is a detail-oriented, strategic, and highly organized Lead PMO to help drive predictable, scalable delivery across our Solutions Delivery organization.

You’ll bring structure and visibility to complex SaaS implementations and initiatives, helping teams understand where we are, where we’re going, and what could get in the way. We’re looking for someone who can see around corners, anticipate risks before they become problems, and create clarity across interconnected projects, teams, customers, and priorities.

You’ll partner closely with Solutions Delivery leaders, project and program managers, Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Sales, and other stakeholders to strengthen how we plan, execute, measure, and continuously improve delivery.

By joining CHAMP, you will be an integral team member with many opportunities for personal growth. We have a great working environment that is flexible, collaborative, and welcoming. You will be joining us on an ever growing and engineering team and will have direct input on our application design and architecture. Finally, you will help streamline processes that reduce steps required for releasing code.

We welcome candidates from all backgrounds.

You are someone who can move comfortably between the details of an individual implementation and the bigger picture of an entire delivery portfolio. You understand that a successful PMO isn't simply responsible for reporting project status. Its value comes from creating visibility, identifying risk early, driving accountability, and helping teams make better decisions before delivery is impacted.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and help evolve the PMO function for Solutions Delivery, establishing scalable practices that improve predictability, accountability, and visibility across customer-facing initiatives.
  • Provide portfolio-level oversight across implementations, integrations, migrations, and other complex customer delivery initiatives.
  • Anticipate delivery risks before they become delivery problems, identifying dependencies, resource constraints, scope changes, technical blockers, and competing priorities early.
  • Establish meaningful measures of project and portfolio health, giving leaders clear visibility into timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, capacity, and customer commitments.
  • Bring structure to complex and ambiguous initiatives by mapping dependencies, clarifying ownership, identifying critical paths, and making tradeoffs visible.
  • Partner with Solutions Delivery leaders and project teams to proactively address projects that are trending off track and establish clear mitigation plans.
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Product to understand technical dependencies, product constraints, release considerations, and delivery risks that could affect customer implementations.
  • Develop enough understanding of SaaS architecture, APIs, REST services, integrations, data flows, and system dependencies to recognize risks and ask meaningful questions of technical teams.
  • Build and continuously improve delivery standards across project intake, planning, kickoff, implementation, change management, risk management, escalation, launch, and closeout.
  • Create executive-level portfolio reporting that clearly communicates what's on track, what's at risk, why it matters, and where decisions or intervention are needed.
  • Identify patterns across projects and use lessons learned to solve systemic delivery challenges rather than repeatedly addressing the same issues one project at a time.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment when ownership, priorities, requirements, or timelines are unclear.
  • Drive accountability across teams while building strong, collaborative relationships.
  • Adapt delivery plans and priorities as customer needs, technical dependencies, or business priorities change.
  • Mentor and support project and program management team members, raising the bar for proactive risk management, communication, and delivery excellence.
  • Travel domestically up to 10%.
Requirement Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, PMO, SaaS implementation, professional services, or Solutions Delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
  • Experience working in a software development, SaaS, or technology delivery environment.
  • Strong understanding of project and program management disciplines, including planning, dependency management, risk management, change management, forecasting, and stakeholder communication.
  • Proven ability to identify risks early and drive mitigation before they affect delivery timelines or customer outcomes.
  • Strong systems thinking. You are energized by messy, interconnected problems and can turn them into clear priorities, owners, dependencies, and decisions.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple simultaneous initiatives while maintaining both portfolio-level visibility and attention to critical details.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, facilitation, and influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience communicating project and portfolio health to senior or executive leadership.
  • Ability to influence outcomes and drive accountability across teams
  • Annual Bonus Potential
  • Unlimited PTO Policy
  • Matching 401K with immediate vesting
  • Subsidized Lunches at our Cleveland Headquarters
  • Fast Paced work environment in a growth company
  • Newly Renovated Office Space
Salary Range

The expected salary range for this position is $130,000 to $145,000 annually. This is a good faith estimate, and final compensation may vary based on experience and skills.
