Job summary

Orano USA is seeking a Project Management Office Intern to join the PMO team in Oak Ridge, TN. The role offers exposure to strategic analysis, governance, and communications within a major capital project program.

As an embedded member of Project IKE PMO, you will assist in creating briefing materials, coordinating activities, and supporting risk and governance processes for an early-career professional developing skills across strategy, marketing, and project management.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, strategy, marketing, project management, public policy, or related field.
• Demonstrated coursework or experience in strategy, marketing, or project management.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Analysis & Reporting: develop executive briefings, project status reports, and decision-support materials for PMO leadership.
• Project Coordination & Administrative Support: track PMO action items, milestones, and deliverables; assist in schedules and filing processes.
• Stakeholder Communications & Outreach: support internal/external communications and align messaging across workstreams.
