Job summary

DIRECTV is offering a remote 10-week internship in Commercial Sales Operations Project Management. You will support the continued development, adoption, and governance of the Project Management Framework, working with PMs and stakeholders to improve standards and templates.

You will maintain artifacts, assist with framework adoption, and help track milestones, risks, and deliverables while gaining exposure to PMO practices, governance, and AI-enabled productivity tools.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in a related field (Business, PM, Operations, IS).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Interest in project management, governance, AI, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ongoing development and enhancement of PM Framework standards and templates.
• Maintain artifacts such as fact sheets, BRDs, workbooks, and launch readiness docs.
• Support framework adoption by teams using approved processes and templates.
• Review documentation for consistency and adherence to guidelines.
• Track milestones, risks, issues, decisions, and key deliverables.
• Develop dashboards to measure adoption, health, and compliance.
