Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and enhancement of PM Framework standards, templates, and best practices.
• Maintain project management artifacts (fact sheets, BRDs, project workbooks, kickoff presentations, launch readiness docs).
• Support framework adoption by helping teams use approved processes and governance standards.
• Review project docs for consistency and adherence to guidelines.
• Track milestones, risks, issues, decisions, and key deliverables.
• Develop reporting and dashboards to measure framework adoption and project health.
• Document lessons learned and process improvements for ongoing maturity.
• Support onboarding for teams using framework tools and standards.
