Job summary

Symbotic LLC invites students for a PMO Internship focused on program governance, process improvement, and cross-functional execution. You will work with engineering, supply chain, operations, and finance teams to analyze processes and create reporting tools.

You will help improve visibility into program health, governance, and project alignment while gaining hands-on exposure to PMO best practices and enterprise-level program delivery.

Qualifications

• Current student pursuing a degree related to project management or operations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Curious mindset with a willingness to learn new tools, processes, and ways of working.
• Clear communicator who can collaborate with teammates and stakeholders.
• Experience with data and drawing insights from information is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support PMO initiatives to improve project execution and governance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities.
• Analyze project data to uncover trends, risks, dependencies, and optimization areas.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visual tools for cross-functional visibility.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
