Job summary

Stryker is offering a Project Management internship in the United States. You will support NPD teams and the PMO through governance and portfolio execution, while gaining exposure to leaders who mentor you in a culture of innovation.

You will contribute to data entry, metrics, and portfolio reporting, and collaborate across programs to improve tools and workflows, preparing you for a career in healthcare project management.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field; must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship.
• Cumulative GPA 3.0+ preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. with no sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, and relationship-building.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support New Product Development (NPD) teams and the Project Management Office (PMO) through governance and portfolio execution.
• Assist with data entry, metrics, resource analysis, and portfolio trend reporting; work cross-functionally to improve tools and workflows.
