Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Reliable transportation to Maple Grove, MN.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PMO team members, project managers, and cross-functional partners to understand reporting needs.
• Collect, organize, validate, and analyze project data from multiple sources.
• Create, maintain, and improve project reports, dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations using Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
• Apply academic knowledge in a real-world environment while developing skills in project management and analytics.
• Prepare and present clear project insights, recommendations, and demonstrations to team members and stakeholders.
• Develop reusable templates, data standards, user guides, and process documentation for reporting and digital solutions.
