Qualifications

• Requires graduation between Fall 2027 and Spring 2028.
• Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Science or Project Management.
• Internship period: May 17–Aug 6 or May 24–Aug 13.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
• Reliable transportation to Maple Grove, MN (Arbor Lakes) location.
• Previous corporate or school project management experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PMO team and cross-functional partners to understand reporting needs and user requirements.
• Collect, organize, validate, and analyze project data from multiple sources.
• Create and improve project reports, dashboards, scorecards and visualizations using Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and other BI tools.
• Apply academic knowledge in a real-world environment while developing PM, analytics, automation, and collaboration skills.
• Prepare and present project insights, recommendations, and demonstrations to team members and stakeholders.
• Develop templates, data standards, user guides, and process docs for reporting and digital solutions.
