Job summary

Kearney & Company, P.C. is seeking a PMO / Integrated Master Scheduler to join our team supporting a major Department of the Navy financial management transformation. The role focuses on delivering an enterprise OneStream-based budget formulation capability across Navy offices.

You will develop the Integrated Master Schedule and coordinate inputs across multiple stakeholders. Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's in Accounting/Business, 9+ years of experience, PMP, and an active security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business management or related field.
• Minimum 9 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing integrated schedules for large federal programs.
• PMP Certification.
• Advanced Microsoft Project or comparable scheduling-tool experience.
• Experience with dependency, milestone, critical-path, and resource analysis.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Active U.S. Secret clearance (or higher, must be U.S. citizen).
• Onsite 2–3 days a week in Alexandria, VA and Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and progressively elaborate the program Integrated Master Schedule.
• Integrate functional, technical, data, security, testing, training, and deployment schedules.
• Identify critical-path activities and schedule dependencies.
• Maintain risk, issue, action, decision, and dependency tracking.
• Support monthly program management reporting and contractual deliverables.
• Perform schedule analysis and identify potential milestone impacts.
• Develop recovery scenarios and schedule mitigation recommendations.
• Coordinate schedule inputs across Kearney, subcontractors, Government stakeholders, and BSO workstreams.
• Support staffing and resource forecasting.
