Job summary

Ideal candidates bring 10–15 years in Construction Management, a proven leadership record, and PMI certification. MBA is strongly preferred, with LEED or contractor licenses a plus. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• Ten to fifteen years of experience in Construction Management.
• Proven success in leading others.
• LEED Associate, State General Contractor Licenses, or professional construction affiliations a plus.
• PMI Certification required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction of the Projects Team in consultation with the Departmental VP.
• Oversee Senior Project Managers who direct and coordinate project activities.
• Ensure client and company goals are accomplished and KPIs are achieved.
• Evaluate and improve departmental processes and technology use.
• Coach, train, and develop team members; hire new staff as needed.
• Monitor safety training and conduct site safety audits.
