Mace is seeking a senior leader to manage the PMO and Project Controls umbrella, guiding delivery across commissions with strategic oversight, governance and reporting. You will mentor teams, shape processes, and drive consistency with client expectations and Mace standards.

The role emphasizes program performance, risk management and collaboration with international hubs, while supporting sustainable, high‑quality outcomes for complex projects.

Qualifications

• Extensive project and programme delivery experience across sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen with leadership of diverse teams.
• Ability to direct governance, reporting and controls.
• Experience in sustainability and carbon awareness.

Responsibilities

• Direct PMO and Project Controls functions to support client outcomes.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and mentor professionals.
• Manage baselines, change, risk and quantitative analyses.
• Foster innovation and knowledge sharing across hubs and international teams.
