Job summary

Diasorin is seeking a Director, Program Management to lead the PMO across the US Immuno organization. You will drive program governance, budgets, and strategic delivery of cross-functional projects in a regulated space, partnering with Operations, Regulatory, Quality, and Commercial Projects.

You will manage timelines, dashboards, and risk, ensuring benefits are realized. Travel up to 20% domestically and internationally may be required; PMP/MBA or Lean/Six Sigma certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering or business required.
• >10 years project/program management experience in medical operations or regulated industry.
• Strong Lean or Six Sigma background; certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO structure and oversee program/project management across US Immuno organization.
• Coordinate relationships with Operations, Regulatory, Quality, and Product Development.
• Manage timelines, dashboards, budgets, risks, and standard methodologies.
• Oversee program managers, track progress, and ensure benefit realization.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with compliance to Quality systems and policies.
• Facilitate cross-site and cross-functional alignment and governance.
