Job summary

DiaSorin Inc. in Stillwater, Minnesota, is seeking a Director of Program Management to lead the US Immuno PMO, shaping portfolio strategy, governance, and cross-functional execution across sites.

You will drive program delivery, manage budgets and risks, partner with senior leaders, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001/13485 and 21 CFR 820, while building a high-performance, results-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or business
• >10 years project/program management experience in medical/regulated environments
• Strong change management capabilities
• Structured Lean or Six Sigma experience; certifications preferred
• Experience in a multinational, cross-functional matrix organization
• Ability to facilitate meetings and lead cross-functional initiatives
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and 21 CFR 820 practices
• Familiarity with Design Control and Project Management principles

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO across US Immuno org; define and optimize PMO framework
• Drive cross-functional programs aligning scope, schedule, cost and resources
• Partner with senior leaders to prioritize projects and manage business cases
• Monitor portfolio risks, dependencies, and drive risk mitigation
• Produce regular portfolio status reports and KPIs for executives
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery within scope and quality standards
• Support change management and drive organizational improvement
